Veal and Creamy Chevre Burger

 

For and upscale patty, special enough to be seved by candlelight, stir 3/4 cup crumbled goat cheese with 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary and 1/4 tsp. salt.  Work  in 1 lb. veal and 1/4 cup bread crumbs.  Shape into 4 patties and barbecue for about 5 min. per side.  Accompany with red pepper relish and an  artichoke or avocado salad.
