Ingredients


1 tbsp. margarine
2 turkey thighs, skinless, (about 3/4 lb. each)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup dry white wine
4 cups beef broth, skimmed
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
2 tbsp. commercial sauce thickener

Turkey with Thyme


Melt the margarine in a saucepan and braise the turkey, along with the onion, for 3 min. on each side.

Deglaze with the white wine and add the beef broth.  Stir in the tomato paste and the thyme.  Let simmer for 45 min. on low heat.

Add the sauce thickener.  Cut the thighs in half when serving.
