Festive Fruit
Frost green and red grapes or fresh cranberries with beaten egg white.  Dip or roll them in granulated sugar and dry on waxed paper.  Place on the platter around the turkey with sprigs of parsley for color.

Orange Cups Nouveau
Fill hollowed out orange cups with copped orange sections, diced red apple and kiwi fruit.

Apple Cups
Hollow out the centers of small red and green apples and fill with chutney and raisins.

Vegetable Medley
Alternate pan roasted potatoes, broccoli or brussels sprouts and carrots on a platter surrounding the bird.

Lemon Boats
Fill hollowed out lemon halves with cranberry relish.
