Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
8 OXO beef bouillon cubes, crumbled
2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1 can (28 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 pouch Lipton 7 Vegetable Recipe Mix
6 cups water
Salt and pepper

 Hamburger Stew

In a large stock pot cook beef until browned.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer.
Cook for 2 hours over low heat stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with crusty rolls for a filling supper.
