Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a glass dish. Mix well. Place the meat in the marinade and make sure is covered completely. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours, turning the meat 1 or 2 times. Remove the meat from the marinade and dry with a paper towel. Broil the meat on a hot plate in the oven for a few min. as desired. Slice the meat thinly against the grain. Can serve with green beans and almonds. Note:
