1 15 1/2 oz. can salmon, deboned 1 tsp. salt 1/4 cup butter or margarine 3 cans milk (salmon can)1/4 tsp. paprika

Mix salmon, salt and butter in all the salmon juice. Boil for 4 min. Add milk and simmer for 15 to 20 min. Do not boil.
Add paprikia just before serving.
Note: Diced onion and potatoes can be added if desired.
