Ingredients
6 cups potatoes, cooked and cubed
4 cups carrots, coked and sliced
8 cups milk
4 tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper

Potato Soup
Cube potatoes.
Slice Carrots.
Cook potatoes and carrots separately.
Put potatoes and carrots in a crock pot set on low heat.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir lightly.
Cover and cook for about 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally. |
