Ingredients


1 large bunch broccoli
4 cups onions, chopped
2 cups processed cheese, shredded
2 cups carrots, diced
8 chicken bouillon cubes
6 tbsp. flour
8 cups milk

Cream of Broccoli Soup


Chop broccoli, including peeled stems.  Mix with the carrots and onions.

Add the bouillon cubes and enough water to cover.  Cook until well done. 

Add 7 cups of milk.  Use 1 cup of milk and the flour to make a paste.

Add this paste to the mixture and stir until it begins a rolling boil.

Turn heat off.  Add cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.
