Zippy Dips



1.  Stir pesto into sour cream and serve with sliced vegetables.

2.  Add chopped avocado to bottled salsa and serve with nacho chips.

3.  Stir finely chopped crystallized ginger and liquid honey into whipped cream cheese.  Dip with apple and pear wedges.

4.  Stir 1/2 a pkg. of leek soup mix and 1/4 cup chopped smoked salmon into 2 cups sour cram.  Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.  Serve with French bread.  It looks wonderful in a hollowed out crusty loaf of bread.
