Ingredients


1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne
1 tbsp. flour
1 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 drops hot pepper sauce

Makes 1 1/2 Cups

Zippy Cheese Sauce


Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.  Add salt, cayenne and flour.  Stir until smooth.  Gradually add Carnation.  Continue stirring over med. heat until thickened and smooth, about 5 min.  Add cheese and pepper sauce.  Stir until cheese melts.
