Ways with Asparagus
Lemon Herb
Heat 1/4 cup butter with 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar,
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon, salt and pepper. Great as a sauce or hot
dip for cold pears.
Asparagus Italian
Wrap spears of cold asparagus with prosciutto. Serve with a Dijon
mustard mayonnaise blend for dipping.
Mediterranean Salad
Whisk 1/4 cup olive oil with 1 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice,
salt and pepper. Add chopped green onion and slivered black olives.
Drizzle over cold asparagus on lettuce. |
