Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
1 tbsp. chopped capers
1 tbsp. chopped gherkins
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. grated onion

Yields: 1 1/4 cups

Blend thoroughly.
Serve chilled with Fried or broiled fish, shellfish or as a dressing with cold salmon.
