Ingredients

2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 cup consommé
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup raisins

YIELD: 1-1/3 Cups

Raisin Sauce

Melt butter or margarine in saucepan

Blend in All Purpose flour
Gradually add consommé

Stir constantly until smoothly thickened.

Add, 
Lemon rind,  sugar,  Worcestershire sauce,  Lemon juice and raisins

Combine and heat thoroughly. 

Serve with:  Baked Ham, Ham Steaks, or Tongue
