Ingredients


1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. instant coffee
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk

Makes 2 Cups

Mocha Sauce


Combine syrup, sugar, coffee, butter, vanilla and salt with cream of tartar in 1 1/2 quart saucepan.  Cook over med. heat, stirring constantly, until all ingredients are well mixed and sugar has dissolved.  Bring mixture to a full boil and cook 5 min.  Cool.  Slowly add Carnation.  Stir until mixture is smooth.  Serve over ice cream or cake.
