Ingredients

1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves.

Yield: 3/4 Cup

 Mint Sauce

Combine and bring to boil, 
Cider vinegar, water, sugar, and salt.
Pour over 
Finely chopped fresh mint leaves

Let stand 30 minutes,

Serve with Lamb
