Ingredients
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves.

Mint Sauce
Combine and bring to boil,
Cider vinegar, water, sugar, and salt.
Pour over
Finely chopped fresh mint leaves
Let stand 30 minutes,
Serve with Lamb
