Honey Dijon Butter


Heat 2 tbsp. butter in a small saucepan.  Stir in 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp. finely grated lemon peel and 1 tsp. lemon juice.  Heat, then drizzle over hot carrots, parsnips, asparagus or beets.
