Ingredients

1 lrg. can tomatoes
2 med. onions, chopped fine.
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 cup sugar
2 garlic buds, chopped fine
1/2 cup vinegar

Combine in a piece of cheescloth 
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice

Winter Chili Sauce

In a large pot, add all ingredients, and simmer slowly for about 2 hours or until thickened.

Ready to eat when cool.
