Salt and pepper to taste
2 13 oz. cans evaproated milk
1 tbsp. galric powder
2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 lb. cooked ham, diced small (or chopped beef)
1 small onion, shredded
3 hard boiled eggs, shrdded

Cube Velveeta cheese.  Add all ingredients, cook in double-boiler until cheese is melted and creamy.  Cover and chill several hours before serving or make the day before.
