Caramel Sauce

For about 1 1/4 cups sauce, combine 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar with 1 tsp. butter and 2/3 cup cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk in saucepan. Cook over med. heat, stirring constantly 3 to 5 min. or until butter melts.   Continue cooking 2 min. longer.  Remove form heat and beat until sauce is slightly glossy (about 1 min.)  Serve warm or cold over left over cake, custard or ice cream.
