4 or 5 bananas, sliced
Other fruits as desired: peaches, pears, grapes work well

 Sugar Free Fruit Salad
recipe for diabetics

This delicious recipe is made entirely with sugar-free or reduced sugar foods. The fresh fruit, of course, contains natural sugars, but on the whole this amazing fruit salad is perfect for diabetics.

Mix all items together in a large mixing bowl. Do not add anything to the lemonade or pudding powders; the powder itself is all that is needed to go along with the other ingredients above.

Chill and serve.

(This salad lasts several days; the lemonade prevents the apples and bananas from turning brown.)
