Ingredients


3 cups cooked chicken or turkey
2 cups chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar pimiento (chopped red bell peppers can also be used)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 tbsp. onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup slivered almonds, (optional)
1 pkg. frozen peas, (optional)

Toppings:
1 cup crushed potato chips 
1/2 cup grated cheese

Hot Chicken Salad


Pour mixture into glass baking dish.

Topping:
Mix topping and spread on salad.  Sprinkle with paprika.  Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
