Aunt Paula's  Salad  Dressing

Heat to DISSOLVE the following:
    1 cup water
    1 cup vinegar
    3/4 cup sugar

BLEND together with a little water:
        2 beaten eggs
        4 tsp. dry mustard
        4 tsp. corn starch

     Add this blend SLOWLY to the hot water/vinegar/sugar mixture, 
     makings  sure eggs do not separate.

    Cook until the blended mixture thickens, stirring once in a while.

     ENJOY !!
