Ingredients

Caesar Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 anchovy fillet, mashed (optional)
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped 
1/4 tsp. pepper

Salad:
1 bunch romaine lettuce
1 cup croutons
2 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
Ground pepper, to taste
Lemon slices (optional)

4-6 servings

 Caesar Salad

Combine all of the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a small bowl and mix well.  Cover and refrigerate before serving.

Wash and shred the lettuce.  Add the vinaigrette, croutons and bacon; toss

Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, decorate with lemon slices and serve immediately.
