Easy Bake
Place sweet potatoes on a shallow tray and bake at 400 degrees for 45 min.  Turn halfway through baking time.

Stir Ins
Mash baked or boiled sweet potatoes with butter and stir in a little bourbon, orange marmalade, curry powder, or candied ginger and grated orange peel.
