New Potato Tosses

 

Cook new potatoes in boiling salted water for 15 min.  Drain well and toss with one of these flavor boosters:

1. Garlic butter and snipped chives.

2. Caesar, Roquefort or garlic salad dressing

3. Boursin or herbed cream cheese

4. Grated Parmesan cheese, butter and sliced whole green onions.

5. Butter, paprika and black pepper.

6. Salsa and sliced whole green onions.

7. Pesto and grated Parmesan cheese.

8. Olive oil and chopped basil, coriander or mint.
