Baked Potato Panache
Caesar Spuds
Cut a hot baked potato into cubes. Drizzle with Caesar salad
dressing and toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon bits.
Italian Grill
Cut a baked potato in half. Cover with grated mozzarella or Parmesan
cheese and pinches of dried leaf oregano, dried basil and garlic powder.
Grill
Chili 'n' Cheese
Cover baked potato halves with cottage cheese or ricotta spiced with
chili powder or ground cumin. Top with chopped red onions. |
