Soak the raisins in the beef broth for about 2 hours, then drain, (set aside the broth). Dry the pork livers using a paper towel; cover with flour. Cook the slices of pork in a frying pan for about 4 min. then place on a plate; set aside but keep warm. Deglaze the pan using the red wine vinegar, then dilute with the beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce for 5 min. Mix the sauce with the mayonnaise and the yogurt (do not bring to a boil). Add the raisins. Arrange the pork liver slices on a plate and coat with the sauce.
