Ham is easy to bake and needs only a quick glaze to dress it up for a buffer party or gargantuan family gathering.

Orange Glaze
Stir a 6 oz. can of frozen Orange juice concentrate with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 tbsp. regular prepared mustard. 

Old Fashioned Glaze
Stir 2 cups brown sugar with 2 tbsp. all purpose flour, 2 tbsp. corn syrup, 2 tsp. dry mustard and 3 tbsp. white vinegar.

Maple Glaze
Stir 1/4 cup Dijon mustard with 1/4 cup male syrup and 1/2 tsp. dried leaf thyme.

Marmalade Glaze
Heat 1/2 cup orange marmalade with 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tsp. Dijon mustard and 3/4 tsp. ground ginger until blended.
