Snip through the center of the rind with scissors and peel off. Score the fat in a diamond pattern. Place the ham, uncovered, on a rack in a preheated 325 degree oven. Bake ready to serve whole hams with the bone in 10 to 12 min. per pound; half hams need 20 min. per pound. A meat thermometer should reach 130F. Baste with glaze during the last hour of baking and or serve a sauce with the sliced ham. |
