Tortellini Tosses
Next time you visit the supermarket, pick up a pkg. of cheese or meat
filled tortellini. Boil for 10 min. and toss with one of our quick
dress ups.
Spanish Olive
Sauté 2 crushed garlic cloves and 1/3 chopped stuffed green
olives in 3 tbsp. olive oil for 5 min. stirring often.
Blue Cheese
Heat 1/4 cup half and half cream with 2 sliced green onions.
Stir in 1/3 cup crumbled blue or Stilton cheese. Toss with cheese
tortellini.
Caesar
Toss tortellini with 1/3 cup bottled creamy Caesar salad dressing,
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese and 1 diced tomato.
Creamy Mexican
Heat 1/4 cup hot salsa with 1/3 cup sour cram until just warm.
Great with cheese tortellini and steak or chicken.
