Ingredients




12 large mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp. margarine
1 cup 15% cream
2 tbsp. dry white wine OR
unsweetened apple juice
1 tbsp. concentrated chicken broth
1/2 cup Abrinz cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup ham, cut into diamonds
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked

Spaghetti Alfredo




In a pan, brown the mushrooms in the margarine.

Add the cream, white wine or apple juice and the chicken broth.  Cook for 5 min. over med. low heat.

Add the Sbrinz cheese and the Parmesan; allow them to melt.  Add the ham and reduce the heat to low.

Add the spaghetti, mix well and arrange on a plate.
