1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions.
Add peas, if using, 5 minutes before you expect pasta to be done. Meanwhile,
heat oil in a large frying pan set over medium heat. Add garlic and onion
and sauté until onion softens, about 5 minutes. Add wine and capers.
Simmer 3 minutes. Toss with drained pasta, peas, tuna, parsley and tomatoes,
if using.
