Ingredients



2 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, in pieces
1 cup Gruyere cheese, in pieces
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 lb. short pasta
Pepper to taste
 

Serves 4

Cheese Pasta



Melt the margarine in a saucepan over med. heat.  Add the flour and mix well.

Add the milk and the cheese.  Let them melt over low heat.

Cook the pasta in salted, boiling water.  Drain.

Add the pasta to the cheese sauce; pepper and mix well.
