Wholesome Spuds

Nutritionally, spuds pack a wallop.  A large baked potato contains about 225 calories, 5 g. of protein, no cholesterol and only a trace of fat.  In addition, it delivers 2.8g. of iron, about half the potassium and vitamin C we require in a day and 3.5g. of fiber.
