Measure the garlic, butter, Dijon, flour and wine into a 12 cup (3L) microwave safe casserole dish. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 min. Whisk twice during cooking. Then, continue cooking on high until the mixture bubbles slightly, about 30 sec. Whisk, then stir in the cheese. Microwave, uncovered, on med. for 8 min. Stir every 2 min. Serve hot with cubes of crusty bread, pieces of apple and raw vegetable. To reheat, microwave, uncovered, on med. for about 5 min. stirring occasionally.
