Ingredients



1/2 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Meat Loaf in Minutes



Combine ingredients.  Mix lightly.  Place in small meat loaf pan.  Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees for 40 min.  Allow to stand about 10 min. before serving.
