Curried Lamb Patties



Whisk 1/4 cup sour cream with 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. each of curry powder, ground cumin and coriander, and pinches of salt and cayenne pepper.  Stir in 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1 lb. ground lamb.  Shape into 4 patties and saute in butter for abour 7 min. per side.
