Ingredients


1/2 cup corn flakes
1 slice 100% whole wheat bread
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup Sbrinz cheese, grated
Ground pepper, to taste
8 lamb chops
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. margarine

Crunchy Lamb Chops


Chop the corn flakes, the bread, garlic, parsley and cheese in an electric mixer; set aside.

Pepper the lamb chops then brush them with mustard.  Coat with the crumbly mixture.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Melt the margarine over med. heat in an oven ready pan, then brown the lamb chops for about 5 min. on each side.  Finish cooking in the oven for 10 min.
