Ingredients



1 egg
1/4 cup milk
4 slices white bread
Peanut butter
Jelly (any flavor you like)

 Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast



Bread egg into a large shallow bowl.  Beat egg with a fork, then stir in milk.

Spread 2 slices of bread with peanut butter, the spread jelly on top of the peanut butter.  Top each with another slice of bread.

Dip sandwiches into the egg, milk mixture.

Cook on buttered griddle or skillet until brown on one side, then turn over and brown on other side.

Serve hot with a spoonful of jelly on top of each sandwich.  Eat with an knife and fork.
