Ingredients

1 container (8 oz.) plain yogurt
3 tbsp. jam or preserves
2 paper cups
2 wood sticks, or wooden spoons

 Yogurt Jam Pops

Place yogurt and jam in a small mixing bowl.  Mix together with a spoon. 

Fill paper cups with the yogurt jam mixture.  Place a wooden stick or wooden spoon in the center of each cup.

Place filled cups in the freezer until mixture freezes.

When ready to eat, tear away the paper cup.
