Ingredients

1 can pineapple chunks
40 miniature marshmallows
Shredded coconut

 Island Dessert

Open can of pineapple and pour into a bowl with juice.

Add marshmallows to pineapple.

Stir well.

Sprinkle coconut on top.  Place in the refrigerator at least three hours or overnight.

Spoon into serving dishes.
