Herbs can be frozen for later use.  Tie in small bundles and swish in cold water to remove any grit.  Drain on paper towels or kitchen cloth and dry thoroughly.  Spread on a tray to freeze.  Blanching is not necessary.  Once herbs are frozen, pack in air tight containers and return to freezer until ready to use.
