Ingredients


4 salmon steaks, (about 1" thick)
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Pinch of freshly ground white pepper

Salmon with Dilled Sour Cream


Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Place the salmon steaks in a shallow baking dish.  Stir remaining ingredients together in a bowl.  Spread over top of the steaks.

Bake, uncovered, in the center of the oven for 12 to 15 min. or until the cream is piping hot.
