Ingredients





4 salmon steaks (7 oz.), cleaned

Marinade:
1 lime, sliced
1 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. corn oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
4 small green onions (shallots), thinly sliced
1 dash tabasco sauce
1 bay leaf
1 sprig thyme, chopped
Pepper to taste

Salmon Steaks





Combine the ingredients for the marinade, then marinate the salmon for 2 to 3 hours.

Drain the salmon (set aside the lime for later decoration) and grill then on the pan for a few minutes on each side.

Brush the salmon with the marinade while cooking.  Avoid cooking for too long, the salmon must stay soft.

Garnish the salmon with the lime and serve.
