Melt 2 tbsp. butter in a frying pan. Add 4 salmon steaks. Sauté 4 min. per side over med. heat. Set aside. Stir 1/4 cup whipping cream, 1 tsp. grated lemon peel, 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill, and salt and pepper into the pan. Stir until thickened, about 2 min. Spoon the sauce over the steaks. |
