Ingredients



2 slices bacon
2 eggs
1/2 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper

Oven Scrambled Eggs for Two



Dice bacon and brown small frying pan over med. heat.  Drain, saving 1 tsp. drippings.  Combine reaming ingredients.  Add to bacon in frying pan.  Cook over low heat until mixture begins to bubble. (3 to 5 min.).  Place frying pan in hot oven 400 degrees for 5 min.  Serve.
