Ingredients

6 large eggs, hard boiled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. brown mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1 1/2 oz. american cheese, or 3 slices
1 tsp. paprika
Dash pepper

Deviled Egg Boats

Slice hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise.
Remove yolks and mash with the remaining ingredients, except the cheese and paprika.
Re-fill the egg whites with the mixture.
Should be slightly rounded.
The mixture should be firm.
Sprinkle with paprika fore color and tatste.
Slice the cheese in half diagonally form both corners, makes 4 sails.
Thread toothpicks through the long side of the sliced cheese "sail"
Place a "sail" in the center portion of each deviled egg.

WARNING!
Do not attempt to christen the little egg boats wit a bottle of Champaign as the boats will be squashed flat.
