Ingredients


6 lb. peaches 
1 pt. vinegar 
6 cups sugar 
3 tbsp. cloves 
1/2 oz. cinnamon stick 

Spiced Peaches 


Peel peaches and cut in half, if desired. 
Add sugar and spices to vinegar and bring to a boil. 
Drop in peaches and cook only until tender to touch of fork. 
Pack in sterilized pint jars and fill with syrup.
