Ingredients


12 red peppers 
12 green peppers 
14 onions 
3 cups sugar 
3 tbsp. salt 
1 qt. vinegar 

Pepper Relish 


Put vegetables through meat chopper. 
Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 min. 
Drain. 
Cover with boiling water again and let stand 10 min. 
Drain 
Add vinegar, sugar and salt. 
Boil 20 min. 
Fill jars and seal.
