Ingredients

1-4 lb. stewing chicken
3 qt. water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. saffron
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced parsley

 Chicken Noodle Soup

Cut up the chicken and stew in 3 qts. water with the salt, saffron, and pepper until tender.
Remove chicken and cut meat from the bones
Add meat and noodles to broth and cook for 30 mins.
Add parsley just before serving.
